What formats do you sell? Most workbooks are available as Interactive PDFs with fillable fields — you can type directly into them or print and fill by hand. Some titles are also available as EPUBs and paperback editions. Your product page will tell you exactly what's included for each title.

How do I download my files? After checkout you'll see a download button immediately and receive an email with your files. Save a backup copy somewhere you can find it — your license covers one individual for personal use.

Can I print the Interactive PDF? Yes. Type in the fields digitally or print the pages and fill them by hand. Whatever works for your brain.

What's the license? Single-user personal license. You can use the tools and templates in your own work. You can't resell, share, or distribute the files. If you need a team or organizational license get in touch — we can sort that out.

Do you offer refunds on digital products? Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. If your file is corrupted or you run into a technical issue we'll replace it — no hassle.

Will I get updates? Minor revisions within the same version are included. If a major new edition ships we'll note it clearly on the product page.

What devices do these work on? Interactive PDFs work on Mac and PC with any modern PDF reader — Adobe Reader is free and recommended. EPUBs work on standard eReaders and apps. Most pages are print-friendly with high-contrast layouts.
